The constant progress of the company “Lotex group” contributed to ending a successful year by starting the largest and most important project so far – the Liberation Quay in Zemun.
The most challenging in terms of aesthetics and technically, the road Kej oslobođenja is located within the Spatial Cultural and Historical Entity “Old Town Center of Zemun”, a cultural asset of great importance, which has the status of a cultural monument.
The project solution includes the construction of Kej Oslobođenja Street, from Stevan Marković Street to the end of the coastal fortification, in the length of 1099.88 m.
It is planned to build a new rain and sewage system, water supply, road construction with cubes and slabs, installation of new traffic signals, furniture and complete landscaping.
