“Lotex group” performed earthworks on the exterior of the Kalcer hall on the Novi Sad highway.
The works included geodetic marking of the terrain and the creation of a “zero state”, removal of the surface layer of the earth, and mechanical demolition of the existing reinforced concrete foundations.
After the removal of the existing surface layer, the compaction of the subsoil was performed, then filling up was performed, and also creating a buffer layer of stone and sand over and around the perimeter foundations of the building, as well as creating a sand embankment.
The final phase of the arrangement included asphalting, laying concrete curbs, and creating a layer of humus behind the curbs.
